Pinkymind is an Online Holistic Counselling platform which is offering Emotional Counselling by Qualified & certified Counselling Psychologists, Certified Coaches, Certified Yoga Practitioners & Alternative Therapists.
Pinkymind is offering counselling services via chat, telephone call and video call on zoom or Google meet. You can take the session from the comfort of your home or office. No travelling or waiting in the queue.
Pinkymind chats and patient records are encrypted and secured.
A telephone call and video call counselling is done over a public telecom or internet carriers, safety and security is gauranteed by these carriers.
Depending on the session you paid for, the duration will be 20 minutes to 45 minutes.
If the goal of the session is achieved then the counsellor can end the session well before the intended time. Please don’t force the counsellors into a general conversation just to fill the time.
You should be 18 years old to take the session independently.
If you are a minor then we need an authorisation from your guardian in writing or they should be present in the session.

As a platform we have tried to keep the charges as affordable as possible.

Our team members are trained to use various evidence-based psychological and lifestyle coaching techniques to provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to you. They will listen to your worries empathetically and support you in making successful lifestyle changes so that you can manage your situation better.
The decision you have taken to seek help from a counsellor or therapist is an indication that something is seriously bothering you and you need help.
1st session is usually an exploratory session to assess and to know the depth of your issues, based on the assessment counsellor or therapist will decide on a therapy plan. It can be just in one session or in few sessions.
If you are looking for a long-term solution then please don’t expect to get quick fixes in the 1st session.
Pinkymind service is not a crisis or emergency assistance service. It is not intended to be a replacement for face-to-face psychotherapy or to provide a diagnosis, prognosis, treatment. If you are facing any crisis such as abuse, severe mental health conditions, suicidal thoughts, harm to self and others or any emergencies, please call your doctor or mental health professional who is treating you.
The 1st session is an exploratory session to know you.
For deeper issues, you have to take multiple sessions, The counsellor will listen to your worries empathetically and support you in making successful lifestyle changes and help you to manage your situation better.
Please don’t expect counsellors to resolve all your issues in one session.
For paid “single” session appointments, we will refund if you cancel your scheduled session six hours before the appointment.
For the Therapy package, we do not accept cancellation and refund, in case if we accept cancellation on special circumstances even then no refund will be made. Instead of cancellation, we will reschedule the therapy sessions within 90 days of placing the order.
