Cognitive Behavioural Therapy will help in managing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, intrusive thoughts secondary to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), eating disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), phobias too.

Amiable counsellors and reasonable price, and most importantly it helps. I have had six sessions with my therapist, Vaishnavi, and I know I am much better than from what I started. The app itself is user-friendly, the therapies help and you can see the change happening. It does take time though but it works. hey there! this app is really helpful. Its been a month or more since I started my therapy with Manisha Chopra and I find my sessions very useful. I think my money is going in the right hands for a right reason! so if u are facing anxiety issues like me or panic attacks I recommend taking therapy with miss manisha. It’s a gradual process but it’s definitely WORTH IT.
