I was suffering with Depersonalization Disorder and severe anxiety from the last 3 months and this app has helped me a lot to recover. I had 5 sessions of CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy) with Vaishnavi mam, her holistic and spiritual methods have improved my anxiety and dpdr a lot. She is very friendly and open minded with her clients and anyone can share his feelings about anything very comfortably with her. I like this app the 15 minutes chat with expert is really helpful and they listen carefully your problem. I hope they would prefer free expert help so that some people who can’t afford the therapy will take the offer. This app is really helpful. And it helps people generally to get rid from their problems, I like this app.
I had 5 sessions of CBT with Vaishnavi ma’am for derealization. This therapy really helped me in understanding my problem and finding it’s solution. Vaishnavi ma’am gave me daily tasks to do that made me feel and act mindfully. She made me feel very comfortable and i shared all my problems with her. She’s very understanding and her methods are very holistic. I suggest this to all the people suffering from anxiety/depression or any other mental health issue.

Had my first telephonic session with Disha M madam. She was all ears and was patient throughout the session. It’s a good start and hope will start implementing the small but workable suggestions provided by her.
This online app is really useful, as we can share our problem wherever we are. I personally got solution from my therapist Vaishnavi for my grief and depression. She was able to find out the root cause and helped me to handle my problems. She has some magical words which heals our pain. When I started off therapy, I felt a bit lost and didn’t know where it would take me and whether or not I had taken the right decision. My therapist Smita eased my transition into my role of a therapee very smoothly. She listened very intently at everything that I had to say and allowed me to talk out everything that I had in my most raw unfiltered form even though I guess sometimes I didn’t make sense.
